We woke up and waited round for our friend Lisa and her partner John to arrive from Tuscon in Arizona. It was so great to see Lisa again and meet John and introduce him to the Knapgoes circus!
John and Lisa wanted to cook some dinner for us and as it was snowing we decided to for go a ski and go sightseeing around the Lake and have some lunch on the lakefront! then brave the supermarket again.
What is it with us and fog!!!! Once again we couldn't see the Lake with all the fog but we found a great place to eat and then went down to the lake front to "dip our fingers in". A small snow fight ensued and then we were off to do more sightseeing at some of the great ski resorts. John (we found out) had local knowledge as an ex pro skier so.... Wow.... we had some great experience/knowledge at our finger tips.
After another nightmare attempt at the supermarket.... Thank goodness they have star bucks in them.... We came home to a delicious meal, some yummy vino and beer and a planning session for the next day skiing.
